After going to a few miscellaneous functions recently, I'd just like to say, as a guy, I completely approve of girls wearing the bubble dress.

I know they were an 80's fashion fad & they're going through a bit of a resurgence, but with all the Christmas parties coming up, I won't be arguing with any female who decides to wear one on a warm summer evening!
